Where it Started

43°N 114°W began with a group of dynamic, motivated and compassionate women. The original concept was bring together a multi-generational group of women athletes who act as support, inspiration and mentors to each other.

Since its inception, it has diversified into an organization that celebrates this valley and all of those who participate in the activities it offers. 43°N 114°W is now three-pronged. It is:

Mentorship

43°N 114°W is committed to focusing on a multi-generational program to mentor women athletes of all abilities to achieve their own individual goals. We believe that we all, as athletes and communities, are stronger together and that unity should be celebrated.

Celebrating Community

43°N 114°W emphasizes the authenticity of our valley and its connection to nature.

Supporting Community

43°N 114°W believes in community event sponsorship, where participants represent the valley as a whole, and where any monies raised are funneled back into the community through donations to organizations dedicated to helping others.
